Membership and Dues for 2015:

 

Initiation Fee:  $300.00

 

Annual Dues: 1300.00 per lot

 

Non Member Camping Rates : (Rates include 5 % Caroline County Tax)

 

Labor Day Weekend - Memorial Day Weekend

Without Sewer: $21.25/day - $140/week

With Sewer: $25.25/day - $160.00/week

Memorial Weekend - Labor Day Weekend

Without  Sewer: $25.25/day - $160.00/week

With Sewer: $ $30.25/day - $180.00/week

Monthly Rate: $475.00 ( includes sewer,water and electric).  This is for persons staying 2 months or longer.

 

Water, dump station and 30 amp electric service is provided

 

Rates are for a family of 4 traveling in one vehicle with one camping unit per site. 

$5.00 extra per person with a maximum of 8 people per site.

Maximum of 2 vehicles per site.

Check In is 2:00 PM

Check Out is 3:00 PM

No one under 18 without parent/guardian.

No ATV's, Dirt Bikes or Go Carts permitted. Golf Cart Registration Fee is $15.00
